The main ingredient in Histamine Digest is an enzyme called diamine oxidase (DAO). DAO is principally responsible for breaking down ingested histamine in the body. This particular DAO is sourced from porcine kidney extract. Each capsule of Histamine Digest contains 20,000 HDU of DAO.

Histamine Digest is free from common allergens such as milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and soy. It is suitable for vegetarians as it does not contain any artificial flavors or colors.
