Berberine Complex is a 90-capsule dietary supplement, produced by Integrative Therapeutics. These capsules consist of an amalgamation of extracts from plants including Indian barberry, Oregon grape, and goldenseal. These extracts are naturally potent in berberine, a plant alkaloid which reportedly offers extensive health benefits and is also credited for providing these plants their vibrant hue. Each capsule delivers 200 mg of berberine.

The Berberine Complex is aimed to support healthy functioning of the body's systems. It promotes a healthy microbial balance in the intestinal tract which aids in digestion and nutrient absorption, as well as regulating metabolism and body weight. It also maintains healthy blood sugar levels, cholesterol levels and supports cardiovascular health.

Plant-based with no artificial preservatives and colourings, it falls firmly into the category of a vegan supplement. Each bottle carries 90 capsules, meant for oral intake. The standard dosage recommendation is two capsules per day, therefore a single bottle lasts for approximately 45 days. However, the dosage may vary as per user requirements based on the advice of healthcare professionals.
