How do I get my PLF booking reference?

You will automatically receive your booking reference for your PLF by email upon ordering your "day 2" rapid antigen lateral flow tests.

How will my test kit be delivered?

For the majority of the UK, kits are dispatched by Royal Mail, Monday to Friday, if ordered before 16:00. Dispatches are sent using Royal Mails Next-Day service. We will email you tracking information directly and you should receive your order the day after dispatch. We strongly recommend you order test kits well in advance of when you need to take your sample. 

Receiving your certificate?

We verify results throughout the day, seven days a week, and generally send out result certificates within 15 minutes. If you haven't received your certificate within a few hours of uploading results please check your "spam"/"junk" mailbox before contacting us.

Is the insert included
