For travel to the USA, a standard photo verified antigen test is not accepted. It is a legal requirement that the test is video supervised by a healthcare practitioner.
That's why we have created our video supervised testing option that is fully verified for entry into The United States of America.
According to the CDC, the following rules apply: If a passenger is 2 years or older, a COVID-19 Viral Test must be taken before travel. The time period for this is dependant on if the traveller is vaccinated or not.
For fully vaccinated travellers, the test can be completed up to one day before travel. For non-vaccinated individuals, the test needs to be administered no more than one day before travel. Our tests can be booked instantly and will be verified within 15 minutes of submitting your video to our portal for checking.

How it works

1. Order your test
Order your test online and we will dispatch your test to your address the following working day.
All orders placed Mon - Fri before 14:00 will be sent that day for next day delivery via the Royal Mail.
2. Take your test
Take your test a few hours before your planned travel date, we recommend 12 hours beforehand. You will take the test by visting our testing portal, registering the passengers details and completing your video testing online.
3. Verify your results
After completing the video supervised test you can sit back and relax.

How is my test delivered?
Your test will be sent to you using Royal Mail Tracked next day delivery. These are sent out the following working day after purchase, Monday to Friday.
Is this the correct test for the USA?
Yes this test can be used for travel to the United States of America.
Receiving your certificate?
We verify results throughout the day, seven days a week, and generally send out result certificates within hours of photos being uploaded.
However, please be aware that it can occasionally take longer to send out certificates (up 6 hours), partiuclarly if videos are uploaded at night.
If you haven't received your certificate within 12 hours please check your "spam"/"junk" mailbox before contacting us.
Can a rapid antigen test fail?
On rare occasions an antigen test can give an "inconclusive" result, particularly if the testing instructions are not followed correctly.
Is the insert included
You will receive all testing instructions by email prior to recieving your tests.
Can I speed up my order?
This is not possible, however we aim to deliver all tests as quickly as possible.
