CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR SERVICE UPDATE
Important: Delivery services are severely delayed over the Christmas period across the UK, this is out of our hands but we will try our best to keep you updated.
Rapid Antigen Testing
We are pleased to advise that our rapid antigen testing service will continue operating 24/7 over the Christmas and New Year Holiday Period. We will maintain the same level of service throughout, with results being issued in approximately 15 minutes.
General Customer Service
Our general customer service email support will remain in place throughout the holiday period with reduced working hours. Our technical support team will also continue to work over this period. From the 24th to the 27th, email support will be limited.
PCR Testing
Up until the 24th of December at (Midday) normal service and turnaround times will apply. From the 25th to the 26th the lab will be closed and samples will not be accepted. On or after the 27th normal service will resume with 24-hour result issuance.

Royal Mail is likely to be severely delayed over the Christmas Holiday Royal Mail has an extremely limited service over the Christmas holiday period and we strongly recommend dropping samples off to the lab during this time or using a guaranteed courier such as DHL or DX if the results are urgent.
The table below indicates the days you can post a sample and expect it to arrive at the lab the next day. Please note that this is not a guarantee and about 10% of samples sent by Royal Mail can take over 24 hours to arrive.
