How long will it take to get my results?

Antigen tests take around 15 minutes from completing the test to result issuance. For PCR tests that will depend on the type of test you have booked, with the turnaround time stated on the appointment type such as "next day" or "two days" for results to be issued.

How do I receive my certificate?

We verify results throughout the day, seven days a week, and generally send out result certificates within 15 minutes. If you haven't received your certificate within a few hours of uploading results please check your "spam"/"junk" mailbox before contacting us.

Is this the correct test for entry to my destination?

PCR tests can be used for entry to almost all countries. Antigen tests have a more limited list of countries that accept them. It is best to check the travel guidlines of the country you are planning to travel to.
